The District's Public Information program focuses to educate the public about the dangers of flash flooding and to inform the community about the progress of flood control in Clark County and the quality of water that drains to Lake Mead.
The District conducts a biennial survey of Southern Nevada residents on topics related to weather, particularly flooding.
